A sampler reel, taking bits from all of the past years.  If some of the animation seems a bit fast, it’s because it is.  To promote responsive controls during gameplay, in-game anims tend to be cheated to be a bit faster, esp. for player-controlled characters.

Coming soon...for now check my blog for more anims from The Spiderwick Chronicles.

A compilation of in-game animation from Eragon.

More game animation, from Demon Stone and a few other projects.

I consider this piece to be sort of a tribute to our Hacky Sack nights in the animation lab back at SJSU.  Wish I was as coordinated as this fellow, though.

The ending cinematic for Eragon.  I had about 2 weeks to finish all animations for this sequence before handing it off to be lit, rendered and composited. Loosely based on storyboards, I actually laid out a longer fight. It was a good thing I was denied the extended version--I probably wouldn’t have finished. What was I thinking!
